Westchester County, N.Y. (October 23, 2023) – On Wednesday, November 29, Westchester County elder law attorneys Sara E. Meyers, Esq. and Lauren C. The free educational program is open to the public – though space is limited.
Held from noon to 1:30pm at the firm’s White Plains location, Ms. Meyers and Ms. Enea’s program will cover the three basic types of special needs trusts (also known as supplemental needs trusts), general drafting considerations, and the newest type of special needs trust – the sole benefits trust.
