Our founder and managing member, Anthony J. Enea, is a certified elder law attorney (by the National Elder Law Foundation*). He is a frequent lecturer for county and state bar associations and public and private organizations. He has authored hundreds of published articles on elder law, Medicaid planning, wills, trusts and estates, and guardianships.

He is the past chair of the Elder Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and a past president and founding member of the New York Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is a member of the Council of Advanced Practitioners of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
