Ms. Arcuri’s practice areas include elder law; Medicaid planning and applications; wills, trusts & estates; and special needs planning.
Prior to her new position, Ms. Arcuri served as an associate attorney at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith and a field legal attorney at Correia, Conway & Stiefeld. She was also an assistant law clerk to the Honorable Janet C. Malone, Westchester County Court, and a legal intern at Enea, Scanlan & Sirignano. Ms. Arcuri received a B.S. in Forensic Psychology from the College of Saint Rose, magna cum laude, and a J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Westchester County Bar Association. Ms. Arcuri is admitted to practice law in New York.
